Jesus has asked us to learn His Heart. We may have been to Seminary and Bible School and learned all the historical events, and all the places it talks about in the Bible, but that doesn’t teach us about the Heart of Jesus. The only way to learn the Heart of Jesus is to spend time with Him. We need to learn what makes Him happy and what makes Him sad.
It is the same with learning the hearts of our loved ones. The more we pray for our loved ones, the more God reveals their hearts to us. We need to concentrate on what is in their hearts more than we do on what they say because there are some people who are reluctant to share what is in their hearts. They are afraid of rejection and criticism.
Jesus has told us a lot of things in the Bible, but do we know how His Heart breaks when we hurt Him and our loved ones? I took a Bible Correspondence Course for a year and received a diploma. However, that course did not talk about the Heart of Jesus. Until we know the Heart of Jesus, we will be unable to tell others.
Have we grasped that our Beautiful Saviour has tears in His Heart because we don’t do what He has asked us to do? He has asked us to love people the way He Loves us. Yet, we fail in this area so many times. Let’s specialize in learning the Heart of Jesus so that we can tell others of His Amazing Love.
