THO'TS ON HELL-3

The world has made so many puns, jokes, and denials of hell; but it does not change the fact that it is real, and enduring. I have known those that I 'assume' are in hell---I am not their judge, to assume is to base it on my observation only.

Oh, if folks would only hear and heed the Book of books,one given to show the truth; and would heed the Spirit who will guide you into all truth, John 16:13.

As hideous as hell is, based on the record given by the God of the universe,even it will be absorbed by a more furious inferno. The record in Revelation chapters 19, 20, and 21 talk of a fate that is worse than hell.

Let's see who will inhabit this "Lake of fire":

(a) The deceiving beast and false prophet, Rev. 19:20.

(b) The devil accompanies the two above, 20:10.

(c) Death and hell are cast into this lake of fire, Rev. 20:14.

(d) all not found in the bood of life, Rev. 20:15.

(e) The categorization of human element is given in Rev. 21:8--- what a sordid crowd they are.

I will not attempt to describe the physical conditions under which these find themselves in. The fire and brimstone offer two types of suffering. Jesus sets forth in His words, the permanence of this state of punishment, Mark 9:43-48.

Purgatory is a myth of men fomented for profit. All human effort fails to relieve those confined to hell, and the latter end--- the lake of fire.

Only Jesus can save us, here and now. There are no second chances after death. Heed the One who came to seek and to save that which was lost: "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved, . . .", Acts 16:31. You will have a transformed life here, and eternal life with Christ hereafter. DDH.
